Terms of Service

1. Entertainment only

Bigg Picks is not a sportsbook and does not accept wagers. All picks, analysis, lottery numbers and scores are opinions provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. No pick is guaranteed and no outcome is predicted.

You must be 21+ (or the legal age where you live) to use paid features. Never wager more than you can afford to lose. Problem gambling help: 1-800-GAMBLER.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your login details and for all activity on your account. Sharing, reselling or redistributing picks, pick drops, images or lottery numbers from Bigg Picks is prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund.

3. Billing

Subscriptions and analyst add-ons renew automatically at the listed price until you cancel. Payment is charged at the start of each billing period. Prices may change with notice; changes apply to future periods.

One-time purchases, including paid pick drops and any other paid item, are charged immediately at the time of purchase.

4. No refund policy — all sales final

All purchases are final. We do not provide refunds, credits, partial refunds or prorated amounts for any subscription, renewal, analyst add-on, lottery add-on, paid pick drop, unlock or other item — including unused time, days you did not open the app, losing picks, or dissatisfaction with results.

By completing a purchase you confirm you understand digital content and picks are delivered immediately and that you waive any right of withdrawal or refund to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You may cancel at any time from Account → Manage or cancel subscription. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and no refund is issued for the remaining time.

Duplicate or clearly fraudulent charges should be reported to us and will be reviewed, but results-based refund requests are not accepted.

5. Cancellation and termination

You can cancel your plan yourself at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, share paid content, or violate these terms — no refund is issued in those cases.

6. Clipper program

Clipper commissions are paid on completed, non-refunded sales attributed to your code or link. Commissions can be withheld or reversed for fraudulent, self-referred or chargeback sales.

7. Liability

Bigg Picks is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses, including gambling or lottery losses, arising from use of the app.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
